Had to best experience at this shop! I was having a terrible week, and getting a flat tire was the cherry on top. I was lucky enough to get Anthony when I called in. He helped talk me through different tire options, review pros and cons, and prices them out. He helped check me in efficiently so I could get to work on time. I was so pleased with the pricing, service, and quality of work. Definitely will recommend!
America's Tire has been the go-to for all of our family's cars for the past 15 years or so. The service is always excellent, they get you in and out quickly and the prices are competitive.

My experience was not great. I have had better service and experience at other Discount/American Tire locations.
I had four new tires put on my vehicle. On my initial request, I asked the Sales Rep to please have the technician check my tire sensors. I was having a problem with one of them. The technician was done and came in to let me know how everything went with my service. He went through everything except my sensors. I asked the Technician what's the status of my sensors. The Technician had a puzzled look in his eyes. He said he knew nothing about my sensors. I had to re-explain myself again after telling the Salesperson. The Technician went out again to look at my sensors. He came back in again and said your sensor is bad. I asked did verify if it was the sensor I had purchased already through them. He said he did know. I would have stayed longer to have the technician verify, but the service already ran over by 45 mins from the time the Salesperson quoted me my car would be done plus, I got the vibe from the Technician that he didn't want to bother looking up the information for the sensor.
I left the store my car was making a weird noise on the front left of my vehicle. I called immediately and spoke to Anthony; he told me to bring the vehicle back into the store for them to inspect the car. I let Anthony know I would be in the following morning since the service ran over on time and I had an appointment I had to get to.
I inspected my tires when I got home. Three out of four of my tires and rims had marks on them. The rims appeared to be scratched.
Following morning:
I arrived at the store. I spoke to one of the Assistant Managers; I believe Luis. I explained to Luis what happened the day before with the noise in front of my vehicle, sensors not being checked and my three rims getting scratched.
Luis took my car for a test drive and heard the noise I was experiencing. Luis said he would have the vehicle looked at along with the sensors.
The technician came in after inspecting my vehicle to tell me my sensor was bad. I asked him again whether they verified the sensor with history to ensure it wasn't one I purchased from them that was having an issue. The technician said not he did not confirm the sensor with my vehicle's work history. I asked why he didn't verify the information. He had no answer. I told him I had requested four times for the sensors to verify with my vehicle's history of the ones I had already purchased through their company.
The outcome of my service:
The noise was from a weight hitting the caliber. The sensor was the last one I had not changed out. The scratches on the tire and rims were from the silicone they use on the tires. Their Technician didn't bother to clean off the tires and rims when he was done with service of my vehicle.
Thank you for checking and fixing my tire that picked up a screw as I am on my way from Ridgecrest, Ca towards Phoenix, Houston, and then onto Ohio. Your service is much appreciated especially since you check and fix tires for free. This experience is priceless for me and I can only highly recommend your business to others.

Joshua did such a great job for us!!! Needed tire sensor replacements, and when they wouldnât communicate with my car, they reached out to Anthony H who figured out how to secure the connection and eliminate the check system light on our vehicle. We always get our tires here, but who knew how much value added service this team can provide.
I brought in my truck for flat repair. my tires still under warranty they did not honor the warranty. That's fine I accepted that ,they gave 2 used tires instead and sure why not I'll take that too. But now my truck has a missing lug nut ,they said the thread was already like that and theirs nothing they can do about this. Needless to say I'm done with this tire company only reason I came back was for the warranty but I'm done. I had other vehicle that they messed up the lug nut , they actually broke it off. This first time they did pay for mechanic to fix but this second time they said it was already bad. Wow. While I was leaving, the guy that gave me my vehicle started cursing at me. I'm definitely done with this company.

This establishment is as crooked as they come
Telling me they couldnât put air in my tires because they are 10 years old they werenât
I havenât even put 20,000 miles on these tires
They said it was illegal for them to put air in old tires
My car is a 2006 Chrysler and currently has only 60,000 miles on it and this is where I originally bought the tires when I changed them
I took it to Firestone what great guys over there filled my tires with air told me my tires were still good I asked for a quote for future tires. Just and all around honest place and when the time comes thatâs where I will go from now on
Shame on you American Tires
Had a 430 appointment(booked the day before) to get 1 new tire. they didn't even bring my car into the work area/shop until 550 and I didn't get my keys until 6:15pm What's the point of an appointment if you still have to wait 1hour 45mins. 3 stars because they were friendly. But the wait time is unacceptable. Especially with an appointment.
